Mr. Clark earned his Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law, where he was a member of the Student Bar Association and the New England Journal on Criminal & Civil Confinement, where his article, Copyright Law and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act: Do the Penalties Fit the Crime?, was published.
Mr. Clark received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Florida International University. In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Clark maintains his
real estate broker's license in Massachusetts and is an active member of his church, Community of Faith Christian Fellowship in Brighton, Massachusetts.Attorney John B. Clark is a member of the American Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association.
